What Are We So Afraid Of?

Lets dive deep today and take a gander at a spicy topic. Fear, the sassy partner of it’s close friend Ego. Why do we allow it any space in our lives ever at all? Has living in fear ever allowed anyone to grow in the ways that matter and last? Or does living in fear restrict the flow of the vitality of living and the very essence of life itself?

If you really think about it and you take a good look at something that makes you feel that shaky adrenalin rush in your heart you may find yourself looking at layer upon layer of illusion. Illusions that we have created for what we felt would protect us in some way and on some level. But does it really ever fulfill anything even close to that purpose?

Fear is a vitality robbing force of ultimate distraction and dilution of the divine. So how do we best approach this matter and how can we shift our perspectives away from fear and towards something that will actually serve us both in protection that we will no longer require and also in the true and pure purpose of our living.

We come back to our heart is how. One way or another we simply and inevitably must come back to our hearts. It is only from a heart centered perspective that the things we fear can ever begin the process of transmutation to something higher.

Standing, living and breathing our integrity we are able to birth gratitude at any moment in our lives. There are times in my own life that doing this has been so truly difficult due to many worldly reasons. There have been times that I have literally found myself being thankful for some green grass to sit upon. Even a patch of it amongst a concrete jungle of deceit and deep sorrow but my gratitude for its simple and healing presence was enough to allow me a moment of something brighter then what I found surrounding me for the most part.

Placing our hands upon our hearts and utilizing the simple yet powerful technique of acknowledgement of this wonderful seat of our spirit and soul births the space for a new dawning.

This simple and powerful act can be so difficult at times along our journeys for some of us. The recognition and acknowledgment of our heart. Speak aloud the words and feel the intention they carry with your hand placed gently upon your heart. I hear you. I feel you. I am ready to live a life of joy and follow you. These are some of the most powerful words one can utter while focusing on ones heart with intention and depth. They birth an awareness and allow the space for a remembrance of the power we hold within ourselves, the power of our hearts.

The simplicity of the deep understanding that to live a life of joy means to literally follow your joy and to do the things that make you feel good is so deeply transformative to ones approach to life. It took me a long time to figure that out. Longer then I would like to admit as I felt when I finally realized this it was as though a veil had been lifted from my comprehension. My prayer for you reading this now is that these words may help you realize that faster then it took me to. So that you can start to live your life in the ways that bring you true lasting joy and deep peace now and not in some intangible to some, yet at the same time very tangible and infinitely changeable future.

Fear can stop us from growth and stifle our hearts until they harden like coal until the pressure from all of that fear is so great a diamond is created. Or we can embrace the diamond we already are in our hearts and skip the fear step, walking away from that crushing weight and instead into a bright future ripe with opportunity.

Love cannot hold the same space fear dwells in. It will corrupt it to the point it places the illusion so strongly on top of it that one can no longer even exist as a memory. Love is not fear and neither are you. You are love though. Divine love. Inspired love. Simply love.

The energy of love has the power to heal and transform all of our lives in miraculous ways and love is eternal no matter the external circumstances.

I love you all.
