I awoke this morning enjoying, well not at first but shortly thereafter found myself enjoying a deep and profound sense of peace. The type that one cannot bother having any resistance against and the type that when you feel it seemingly at times so random yet perfectly divine in both timing and source you want to roll around in it like a child rolling in joy down a grassy hillside. You want to strengthen it, foster it, feed it, grow it and allow it to fully blossom and encompass your life and day.
This peace in ones heart, soul and mind can be found and can be indeed held. If you happen to find it or better put to remember it then take that moment of a gift from the heavens and do whatever you can to increase its influence upon your day, your soul, your life and the lives of those around you.
How does one go about this stumbling upon of peace? Well it’s oftentimes more of a recognition of it as it crosses our paths. The moments are there in every day and all we need do is to notice them. To truly allow ourselves the time to stop and feel them and in doing so we strengthen this force in ourselves.
We can become so busy and so distracted in our living of these days that we can cloud our ability to perceive this depth of peace. We may at times try to find it in worldly ways doing things that may provide us a moment or two of the feeling but without the time to truly stop and find this within and without those worldly things we miss out.
We can however take those moments of worldly peace and with a curious mind seek to develop this further in our hearts as all things of true worth do originate from that very delicate and awesomely powerful source of all life.
Lasting peace cannot be bought. It’s price is not pennies, it’s price if it must have one is in point of fact whatever we choose it to be in order that we may truly recognize it in ourselves. Allowing ourselves the blessing of peace to gently settle upon our days and hearts in ways that let us to radiate its wonderment to the world around us. We can glimpse it in passing and at times we each of us may miss it even in passing as our distractions can take a louder voice then the gentle soft stirrings of peace upon our soul. But I would wish that for noone ever.
My wish and prayer for each and every one of us it that we may recognize peace as it crosses our paths today and all days. That you may wrap yourself in its gentle healing like the softest of warm duvets and allow yourself the true luxury of its growth in your soul and life today. Not allowing external influence to remove this peace from your heart allows an expansion of the pure and true perception of what matters. This peace is yours and it always has been. None can take it from you. That my darlings is true wealth. True treasure and authentic abundance and it is available to each and every one of us at any moment.
