Well hello there you who was drawn here for the intentional typo in the title! You may find I as a writer am allergic to commas and can embrace the run on sentence to name a few faux pas held within my writing at times, however this title was on purpose entirely. It was written on the lid of my coffee cup the other day and it made me cry it was so nice to see. It lifted my spirits so much I made it the title. The beautiful misspelled title that drew you here. Thanks for coming!
Seeing that written on the lid was a reminder and confirmation to me. That where we set our hearts and intentions is where we arrive in our eventual destinations. It only makes sense in this logic that one would do best to set ones sights to higher purpose and vision and allow at the same time for the humanity of our errors. Only we can possibly be the true master of our own ship as we choose its destination. Even if we choose to secede our own personal authority that still is our choosing the mastery of our ship to be best held by another. Thusly our choice.
It would only make sense then to choose the best. I don’t believe in fake it until you make it. I don’t believe in faking anything. It’s a personally experienced futile path of distraction and diversion. I prefer authentic. You know what you get and it’s truly so much easier. Truly. But back to the not faking it and what I specifically meant, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t embody the energies and embrace the potential of the experience of that which your heart calls you to. I truly believe that in following your heart, you are led down a path of true lasting wealth and bliss.
Which leads us to the conundrum of two potential paths in some sense. Do we chase the path of what others feel is best for us or do we follow our own hearts call and thusly embrace the authority of ourselves over ourselves which begins the blossoming of a future where we come to know who we are and seek to find the knowledge of just what we are truly capable of. No choice is forever either, it isn’t as if you are stuck on one path your entire life so why do we get so intimidated at times by the choice of a proverbial junction in the road of life. All we truly need do is choose and just like that we are on the ride. Wasn’t it always more fun then waiting at the top of the waterslide to be sliding down it no matter how intimidated you may have been as a child at the top before you let go of the cool steel bar as you launched?
Think of it like this right. If you are going to get flack no matter what you do, then you do you and be proud to do it! Be strong in your personality and identity and embrace every beautiful shifting aspect of the glorious creation that is you upon this earth. Too often we are directed towards criticism of ourselves. This is often brought on by the actions of others. While these hurtful actions of others can impact us negatively and it is true they stem from the individuals own unprocessed pain, we always have the choice to return to our hearts. Where the true knowledge of who we are and the beauty of our souls resides. What a gift we have to be witness to such an amazing treasure. Treat it so delicately because it, like you are so delicate at the sweetest core. So strong that you could withstand any blow yet the cruelty of having to endure it carries its own sweet trespass.
In following your heart and ever embracing the core knowledge of who you are to whatever level you are able to comprehend that, you allow a simple beauty and a hope to birth and eventually one beautiful glorious day to sore upon the winds of inspiration with wings of joy. There is no better judge of what is right then what your heart tells you is. Once you truly begin to listen to it and stop the mind from placing so many layers of restriction and judgement, muffling the soft song of a gentle heart.
