ZeroPoint

You may here more of this term going forward and you may have heard of it already. Are you curious as to what it means or do you already have personal experience and knowledge of this fantastic tool?

As we go through life we can be faced with uplifting circumstances as well as those that challenge our ability to process effectively the composite energies that we may be experiencing. ZeroPoint is referencing the ability to not react. Because it is most often within our personal reactions that we divert and dilute our personal power. A ZeroPoint approach calls us to take a pause and reflect externally from our emotions and to live in the reality of the present moment as opposed to living in potential fear or even excessive excitement of a potential future. This allows us to redirect the energies we have access to based upon the emotions(energy in motion) we allow ourselves to feel. ZeroPoint isn’t detachment. ZeroPoint isn’t cold. ZeroPoint is the mature and developed level of emotional intelligence we allow within ourselves and our lives. Its foundation is in love. pure, potent and Divine Love.

It calls us to bring back our awareness to the present moment within which we all truly reside. This doesn’t mean to not make plans or to not hope or to dream it is more accurately put that this approach lends itself to the allowance of the flow of Divine will as sourced from love and Heavenly Father/God/Source. There are so many names for this central source but I personally prefer Heavenly Father.

The use of the label of Heavenly Father can offend only those whom have placed within themselves a block towards the divine on some level. Belief in a higher power and source is truly indeed required for any and all spiritual growth as we cannot come deeper within ourselves and access the higher knowledge and experience without the humility of the recognition that our ego is the one that “E-dges G-od O-ut”.

Ego can be a sneaky wee bugger as well right! We can find ourselves at times reacting and no matter how justified the reaction may be we are still called if we are to truly engage in the pursuit and experience of higher knowledge and experience to pause before we waste our focus and redirect our energies towards that which is truly on a different level.

When one engages in a totality of faith in Heavenly Father/God/Source only then can one allow the blossoming of our personal growth. This is not to say it is easy to do and I often find it like a spiral staircase whereby we are continually ascending towards higher levels of ability, knowledge, true wealth and the experience of the divine and the power held within to foster the miraculous in our lives.

We can upon this journey find our wounds reflected at times in the interactions we have with those around us. Have you ever for instance felt unworthy and then ended up being treated unworthy only to then find yourself rebelling at that happening which then allows for the realization that we were indeed worthy the entire time and it was only ourselves that allowed the experience of unworthiness reflected in others actions towards us to enter into our lives.

Yeah, those type of lessons can be bittersweet but the great news is that they are also changeable. In the sense that we can shift our energies and focus at any moment and thusly allow for a higher vibration of thought and experience to enter our lives.

Some of you may be thinking but what if you never had the experience of true joy or abundance? How are you supposed to manufacture that feeling when all you may have known is pain or sorrow or lack? To which I reply. Nonsense.

We each and every one of us came from beyond this worldly illusion and as such we are each and every one of us intrinsically aware of the pure essence of these energies. So then it becomes a matter of remembrance. How do we remember these feelings of abundance and joy and perhaps peace or even love?

There are many ways but I have found that a varied approach often provides the best results for this. If we have forgotten these divine essences then we are likely finding ourselves somewhat stuck in the black quicksand of negativity on some level. We may have allowed ourselves to fall to self pity or into victim mode and are blaming all around us when the true source of the issue is to be found within.

The more we seek to give the responsibility of our emotions and energetic influence to sources external to ourselves the more we essentially knee cap our development. We simply cannot progress when we focus on the external more so then the internal and self held power to redirect any and all energies upwards to higher levels of experience.

But back to how we can break out of this whirlwind of a cycle. One of the first steps is indeed the recognition of this pattern and then we are allowed to realize that we are not actually in danger or under threat. Once we recognize that we are inside of this pattern we take the first baby steps to moving beyond it. The more that we become aware of our subconcious tendencies to engage in these type patterns the stronger we become in our ability to pause and then break free of them.

We can physically break out of them when our minds are behaving as stubborn toddlers. Pushing our bodies in the exertion of exercise releases feel good chemicals and allows for the birth of higher energies. The continuation of this can also give us the physicality we would choose and prefer to present to others and that also raises our vibrational field as we shine with joy at our accomplishment.

Eating foods that we know are good for us and that make us feel good when we consume them also serves as a reminder to ourselves of what it is to feel good. Which allows for us to come closer to believing and radiating the joy we all seek. Noone wants to be miserable! Misery is a side effect of remaining inside of a pain body for too long. Our souls reflect the stagnation of thought and the restriction of the divine as misery. I mean come one. Do you truly believe that Heavenly Father/God/Source wants us to suffer? No. That is impossible. For the true essence of Heavenly Father/God/Source is love. Love in its purity of nature would seek for the suffering of not a single soul ever.

It is far removed from anything that could be construed as divine will for us to support the suffering of others if we have the ability to provide something to alleviate that suffering. That very simple sentence right there is a very powerful truth. Take a moment to read it and reflect upon the times in your life if you have had them whereby you felt justified in the withholding of something worldly when you have been called to assist or became aware of a need for assistance, that I might add we also only have because the Divine has provided it to us and allowed it for us not as some believe that they are the creator of it themselves and so deserve the righteous action of denial which supports suffering.

Those moments always result in loss on some level. Loss is not divine. Transmutation is divine. Love is divine. Flowing and allowing are divine but restricting, judging, withholding are not divine. Or better put they restrict the ability of the Divine essences to flow through and into our lives and assist us to grow in joyful, loved and loving manners.

I might add that there is always a price to be paid for this as well. For as we are Divine beings so much more then these bodies we inhabit we inevitably come to the place where we face the truth of our choices. The moment when we are allowed the vision of the consequence of that action. When we see the sorrow and the pain and the perversion of purity our actions may have fostered. Then we are faced with processing the feelings that remain directed solely inwardly as we judge ourselves to the level we may have judged and denied others. Which circles back once again to why it is of the utmost importance to come from a place of empathy and compassion of thought, word and deed in our lives and living.

This isn’t to say we wont make mistakes or trip up on occasion. We’re human. It happens and we can forgive ourselves when this does happen and take the time to have compassion for our actions while at the same time holding the ability to create boundaries around those who would choose to continue to act towards us in a potentially painful and demeaning manner. This approach allows for the power of forgiveness in the sense that it only supports the boundary if the actions do not change. For the pure and simple fact that we value ourselves and choose to not support the choice of those whose personal view of us is less then we are deserving of and cause us sorrow, suffering or pain if we allow the external perspective to impact our internal knowing. We will eventually end up in a place where this internal knowing will become so secure it will not be rattled by the external. It will simply be aware of the painful intention of the action, words or judgement of another the same way one notices a sign as you drive past it on the road.

Talk is after all cheap. Actions speak for themselves and the proof is in the pudding.. hehe.. Oh yeah baby.. I wonder if I can write an entire paragraph of euphemisms.. Oh let me try it.. Here we go..

God helps those that help themselves. So while you can lead a horse to the water you cannot make it drink. The sun will rise tomorrow and this too shall pass. So lets blow this popsicle stand and make waves. Onwards and upwards. We are the source of our own happiness and we hold the power within. Namaste.

I love you all

That was fun. I ran out of euphemisms though can you think of any you might add? Drop a comment below and lets see where this can go! Also I know Namaste isn’t a euphemism but it fit so perfectly at the end there I had to sprinkle its sparkly fairy dust.
