Ahhh the freshness of a new day. I am reminded today as my somewhat random apple playlist starts up and tosses two chill songs in a row at me that we have the choice each and every day as to how we approach it. But I really just wanted to reach out to you dear readers as I feel so many of you may be struggling in some way on some level.
The expectations of these times are so great sometimes that they can feel like a weight pushing down upon our shoulders until we take the time to stop and remember just who and what we are. What a blessing this life and living truly is and how we are guided to walk our respective paths upon this earth. As shining lights and beacons of hope and love of course! Hehe How bold of me indeed.
You see the thing is that I see you dear souls as bright beings of light each and every single one of you. I envision us all one day standing in our truths shining ever brightly within the freedom that our own souls have bequeathed us through our own realization of the Divine that we each hold within us.
Did you ever wonder why are we here? What is the point of all this hoopla? Why the pain? Why the sorrow? Why the loneliness? I bet you have if you are reading this. I know we all have at some point and for some of us the answer or the seeking of this tangible truth reflected in our lives has led astray our hearts and filled an ego with distraction that is truly temporary. I also know that those of us who are brave enough to truly seek the answer to these queries find that there is something more. Something we are indeed here to do.
How much sweeter the living when we are able to bless ourselves and those around us with this seeing? It is immeasurably sweeter dear souls. For the peace that resides within when one finds this truth is eternal. No dark night of the soul can surpass the infinite power held within the eternal truth for every night has its own dawn. The sun must simply rise just as our own dark nights will eventually return to the light.
There is someone reading this who is seeking solace. There will be someone reading this who is in a dark night of their own soul and for you I offer this peace. In this present moment there is beauty to be found. Our pain can be carried so richly upon the wings of our memories yet they all lose power once we realize this moment is the one that matters most, right now and for the future we are seeking to create. This moment is the one that carries the power. This moment, this now and the choices we make within its sweet blessed arrival are what matter.
Allow yourself to feel the pain and breath you way through it all . Allow yourself to feel the sorrow but realize it is another emotion, another expression of energy in motion through our bodies and energetic systems. Try not to judge these moments dear sweet soul for you are so precious upon this earth. Your unique expression of the creativity that you hold within your heart and soul are so much more then worthy. They are needed, just like you are. Without it and without you and your unique voice and perspective, the choir is missing a key. So allow these things to come up and then allow them to release. Witness the emotions as they flow and then come back to your body. Feel and release the tension and allow for the intake of fresh life and pure energy as you inhale. Feel the flow of the Divine as you breathe deeply and know you are loved. Because you are so loved. Even in your darkest moments and especially in those you are loved more then you may be able at that time to recognize. I know this to be true. Just like I know the sun will rise tomorrow and though it may be a gray day that above those clouds the sun remains brilliant as ever. Bright and warm and for all intents and purposes within our lifetimes eternal.
You are so loved as ever as always and you are truly never alone. Your loved ones from beyond the veil walk with you. They guide you and love you always. The Divine has your back. Put those worries in Heavens hands and let them float away to a higher power and place. Have a beautiful and blessed day my loves!
