Are we not so truly blessed in abundant joy and so much more such as the lightness of peace when we realize that this moment right here beyond the weights and burdens of our thoughts and our memories or predictions of the future is right here. This moment. This now. Take a second to embrace it for what it truly holds for you.
This moment of warmth of comfort of peace. It is all available to us this second. If we only allow ourselves to wrap ourselves within the comfort of its warmest embrace. No memory of the past can bind us within its burden and no fear for the future can rob us of this peace if we only simply choose its blessing.
In this present moment there is a power. There is a connection and an energy that if we allow it then it can carry us joyfully into the next moment. For even if we may shed a tear within it’s bounds we are safe in the knowledge of the experience that this now is what truly matters. Not the past. Not the future. This now.
What we choose to allow and how we choose to respond to the challenges perhaps at times that life may place before us all must bow to the present the moment that we recognize the truth of this present second.
It is within this moment that we may come to realize the love that we seek is within and all around us as we feel its vibration and frequency rise within the peace held in our hearts. This peace that we allow ourselves. This peace we are each and every single one of us blessed with. This peace that no external force or circumstance may take from us unless we allow it to do so.
There is such a depth of power and perhaps power is not the right word for this connection because it isn’t a forceful essence it is rather a gentle awareness and acceptance. You know what is at the very center of this? Love. It comes from our core our center of our essence and it radiates outward and upward and in all directions impacting and influencing the experiences that we are creating for our lives and living.
When we are faced with trials and tribulations we have eternal access to this moment. This essence of Now. This awareness of the present and the blessings of the love held within it. For this we can only ever be truly grateful. For this we can only bow our spirits in humble gratitude for the gift of this knowing. For the realization of this truth and allow ourselves the time to experience this deep and profound truth.
All things of this world come and pass. Every experience, every thing, every person and every treasure but that which we carry within our hearts and souls is as impermanent as the snow that falls upon the ground in the winter. It all shifts and transforms and moves and changes. It was never meant to stay the same. It was never meant to remain rigid in any permanent form. It cannot be bound. It will flow.
I hope you take the time today to fully allow yourselves to experience the peace of this piece of time. This now present moment today and why not right now. As you finish reading this take a moment. Why not? Place your hand upon your heart and pause. Let your mind stop thinking of all the moments passed and the ones potential in the future and pause right here in this now. Feel the energy of your own heart and the love that you hold allow yourself to bless yourself with this love. Release the weights and burdens of all of the thoughts and memories and embrace right now. You are safe and you are love. One can only be grateful when this occurs because it is truly such an infinitely profound experience.
